A forest elf.

I've worked on this piece in bits and pieces for a few weeks, never getting much time at any one time to work on it, so I have no idea how long it took in actual hours.
Reference for the elf is from the attractive *kedralynn-stock .
No reference for anything else. I did look at some sort of embroideried rose design to get a feel for how the dragons on the cloth should look and tried to do them in sort of an old medieval style.
The background was fun. It may not show up, but there's a couple of faeries and a goblin in those woods.
This isn't a heavy or deeply meaningful piece, but it was fun to do and at least I completed something.

As usual, comments and critique are much appreciated.

Edit: I forgot to say that this looks much better in full view. (The goblin and faeries don't show up either way, or at least are really hard to see. Sorry about that.)

I absolutely love your digital realism. always. I love her face so much. <3 and the details are what always make your pictures so wonderful .. the gleaming metal, the soft feathers, every perceivable stitch of embroidery. ;3; gorgeous.

The whole piece is just beautiful, but what really sells this image to me is the careful attention to detail on the feathers in her hair, and the dragon brooch she wears. I'm a real sucker for that. I also adore the way she has a wild feel about her.... like and Indian maiden. She's just beautiful, and I'm definitely :+fav:ing her.
